"The property was nicely secluded, with multiple trails leading up to the top of the escarpment with a lovely view of Golden Lake. The cabin itself was clean and cozy, and the AC was perfect for sleeping as we went in a 35° July heatwave. Great little fire pit with affordable firewood supplied by the hosts. Be mindful of leaving any dry food in the screened-in kitchenette if going out for more than an hour -- the local chipmunks are hungry and know what they're looking for. Only minor...

"This is a real cottage! Charming and rustic, private, peaceful, and on an amazing lake. The kitchen was fully stocked, and large. The living room comfortably appointed and clean, and the beds comfortable! The air conditioner works like a son-of-a-gun, and when the humidity broke it was a pleasure to throw open all of the screened windows and enjoy the cool cross breezes off the lake!
