"Absolutely loved our stay at Idlewood. The property and views were amazing and the renovated barn was beautiful with everything you need provided, even some lovely fresh produce for breakfast, and very clean. The hosts were lovely and communication was fast and easy. We will definitely be planning to come back again!"
"Property was lovely, house was clean with great facilities in an amazing location. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Would recommend staying here if visiting Bridgetown and the local area."
"The room was clean and had an amazing terrace and view . Communication with owners was great. We had some complementary breakfast in the fridge which was lovely.
A really beautiful place to stay surrounded by nature. Highly recommended!

"The most beautiful, serene and peaceful escape away from civilization. Very clean cabin, very accurate photo representation of the property. Great communication with the host before arrival. Visible signage off the highway and detailed directions for finding the cabin. Smooth check in, no interruptions. All I could hear was the blissful sound of wildlife and birds all day and night. Highly recommend, will return in the future."
"Our 2 night winter getaway was just what we wanted at Serenity Gully. The bed was so warm and comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed and the water hot. Lots of space and the fire warm and snuggly. The outdoor bath perfect even in the rain under an umbrella. Walks around the property were lovely. We loved the wet weather because we were so comfortable in our luxury tent. We will stay again. "
Cosy and comfortable riverside homestead in Bridgetown - sleeps up to 14 guests.
8/10 Good
"The property is in a lovely location on the river at the edge of the town. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. It is a unique property with many Knick knacks. It is similar to a bric-a-brac shop. The furniture is extremely eclectic. Wood burning fires so it was nice to stay in Winter. Electric blankets & heaters in all the bedrooms. Our only issue with the property was the lack of lighting. Many of the chandeliers had missing bulbs and it was hard to play games in the front room as we couldn’t see properly. Overall fun weekend with a 8 friends. "
