We had a twin room on the first floor (room 205) which, although was comfortable with excellent shower and comfy beds, the pigeon muck on the outside of the windows was not very nice! We enjoyed our 1 night stay (with a good breakfast) but would not recommend a room on that side of the building as the noise from the outdoor terrace area was substantial from check-in through to late night. Staff were very friendly and welcoming."
