"Attractive grounds, convenient location. Room was big & bed was comfortable, but TV was very small. Bathroom was standard. Whole place needs maintenance. Gym was poor: elliptical machine made grinding noise. There was one bike, a treadmill & and one elliptical. The gym needs maintenance & updating .A few weights & a weight bench, Small room. Breakfast was just ok, omelet looked like packaged one, Velveeta type cheese in it."

"Even though they were in the process of painting the exterior, the place well maintained. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were spotless (we had 2). The beds were premium mattresses. Highly recommend!"

"Great property. Our extended family (22 people - 8 kids) rented 2 of the 3 houses. There were many bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens(well equipped) - each family had their own floor. Almost like 5 separate apartments. Large property with 2 fire pits. Outdoor grills and multiple picnic tables. Property is very private on a country road. Some good country restaurants near by. Holiday Valley and Salamanca 15-20 mins away. Highly recommend for larger groups."
