"Walking in was a breath of fresh air, the view is amazing, the space is clean, there's plenty of seating, the kitchen is stocked, and the view... I don't know if anything else really mattered, except the view. The beds are comfortable, having that 1/2 bath was a bonus. we were near everything we wanted. Contacted Joan after there was a mix up in dog sitting for our granddog. I was allowed to add Finn's stay through the app! We have been coming to Northeast Iowa 30 years and this was everyone's favorite spot so far!!"

"Lee Ann is a wonderful host, and my group and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal with local bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but it's still walkable to Bourbon St and the Superdome. The house is spacious and amenities like towels and shampoo were plentiful. Pool access was easy and the leftover sunscreen and festive hats were much appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again."
