"Found the property up an unpaved alley at the rough end of Rawlins. No prior emailed instructions on how to gain access and no one to meet us or any notice to indicate who guests should call. No signage apart from that in the photo. No way was I pushing open any closed doors in that area. We booked into an alternative Rawlins hotel and obtained a refund."

"The room was large and clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean with lots of hot water. The wifi signal was strong. Our room had a microwave and refrigerator. The motel is near the interstate but was quiet and safe. There is no breakfast or coffee in the room. While the motel is somewhat dated, it was a good stay."
