Charming mountaintop cabin with hot tub, pool table, and breathtaking views

This lovely secluded cottage is perched atop the Cacapon Mountain, 15 minutes away from the bustling little town of Berkeley Springs. Come to relax and enjoy close company. Whether it's grilling on the patio, sitting around the fire, or taking a dip in the Cacapon River, you can enjoy all of the ample outdoor amenities on this spacious property while taking in the mountain view. In the evening, play a game of billiards, watch a movie, or enjoy a soak in the hot tub on a cold night and watch the stars.
The cabin has two queen size beds, a pull-out couch, two full bathrooms, and a well-stocked kitchen.

Please Note:
1) This house is not suitable for children under 10 due to safety concerns. Additionally, the spiral staircase leading to the lower bedroom may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility, but this bedroom is at ground level and may also be accessed from the sun room or game room.
2) During winter storms, we try to get the plow up there on the same day, but we may be unable to prep the driveway prior to your arrival or departure, so you may need a 4WD for your safe passage.
3) Cellular service is limited in the mountains. Be sure to download check-in instructions with lockbox code etc, ahead of your arrival to make life easy on yourself.

Sweet and serene

Gorgeous view, clean property, everything you need. Remote location with an easy drive to town and hiking. Great Cacapon State Park is close and worth the visit.

A relaxing stay in the mountains

This cabin was exactly what we needed. The views are incredible and we got to see 2 Bald Eagles flying across the vista together every evening. Although it feels remote, we enjoyed the quick and easy drive to Berkeley Springs. The little town has great restaurants and breweries.

Great getaway

This is a great way to get away and enjoy nature. We would have liked the hot tub to have worked properly but wasn't the case for our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend to others.

What a great stay! The views were spectacular, and the amenities were fantastic! Hot tub, pool table, fire pit, grill, super spacious and cozy. Excellent getaway trip that I will definitely recommend to others who just wanna get away from their hectic normal lives!

Beautiful property! Perfect for two people. Cabin was as expected. Only 15 minute drive into Berkeley Springs. Amazing views, will plan another stay earlier in autumn to see the peak colors!

This cabin is lovely. You'll find everything you need here - a very well stocked kitchen, lots of blankets, heat that works very well, a great selection of books...! A lot of thought and care has gone in to making this comfortable.

Peaceful Getaway

My wife and I had a tremendous trip for our anniversary. The property had everything we could have ever needed. It had a very cozy feel and the property was well maintained. Close to everything, but far enough away to have some privacy. The property owner had excellent communication. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a getaway. We are already looking forward to our next stay!

R&R was the theme for the week

Enjoyed our stay. Very quiet as the summer season was over. Rained most of the time we were there as remnants of hurricane Helena passed thru. We spent a lot of time just relaxing, hot tubbing between rain drops and hanging out on the covered deck (our favorite spot). Pool table room very nice. Huge bathroom downstairs. Area was nice with town close by, just down the very windy road. No complaints, would recommend to friends.

Relaxing weekend

We were looking for a place that was close enough to get into Berkeley Springs easily but also a place that would be out in the country and quiet. This place served both purposes perfectly. So many times when we go away we spend so much time trying to see everything in the area, but this time we made sure to stay at the house a little bit and make use of the incredible views from the deck and the hot tub! We would love to see it again in other seasons!
