"After having read a number of negative reviews about this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed in one of the nice renovated rooms. The hotel was in a lovely location close to the castle. The service was good and staff helpful. My only small complaint is there was no shower gel in my room nor milk for tea/coffee."

"My stay here was average due the fact that the air con was not working my entire stay (1 week) but it was on the cooler side so I was able to open the window for air flow. Another thing that made my stay average was nearing to the end my room key kept locking me out of my room, and when I went to reception it was like my name disappeared out of the system because they had my name attached to another room that I was not staying in, lastly on my last night they had reassigned my room to another...
