"It was everything as advertised. A heated pool would have been better and special lamps to zap the mosquitoes as an idea for future renters. Refrigerator with ice making capability was a huge surprise and the greatest, most appreciated, feature! (funny to say but true). No coffee drip machine but coffee percolators (discovery for most Americans). Good space for 6 of us! Will consider renting the same villa every year. "

"Well maintainted property with everything required for a comfortable self catering holiday. Only suggestion would be to provide some fans as no air conditioning. Joel is a very nice host French speaker only. Little remote so a car is needed, would book again."

"The house is nice, the terrace wonderful, and the setting superb. The eight minute walk from the road and the four minute walk to the beach were more than justified by the amazing setting and having a beach all or nearly to ourselves in the mornings and with modest numbers of people the rest of the day. "Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison qui ne manque de rien ! Tout y est aussi pour les enfants et la grande piscine est la cerise sur le gâteau. La maison est spacieuse, très aérée même quand il fait chaud, et la vue du salon et de la terrasse est magnifique sur la mer, Roquebrune et Menton. Le stationnement est facile dans la rue. Sophia nous a également très bien accueilli et le séjour a été parfait."
