"Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. Das Bett war unbequem, da ein einfaches Holzbrett als Lattenrost diente und die Matratze extrem durchgelegen war. Insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung.

"Brilliantly located hotel with easy access to the lifts and also the forum area of Flaine, lots of local bars and restaurants to enjoy too,
The Hotel is clean and spacious a with a large equipment room with boot dryer.
The restaurant offers a good selection and changes daily,
We very much enjoyed our stay truly a 5* 3*hotel!

"Perfect accommodation for a few days away skiing with family. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Laundry room available to dry clothing. Short walk to town and lifts. "
