Large rooms, clean, free minibar, excellent staff that can help you with booking anything. Excellent breakfast, terrific location! I stayed in many 5 star hotels on my trip and this was by far the best!

"Supremely clean, comfortable and well-located for central Sarajevo. We did have a problem with the bed which we forgot to report, so hopefully the management are monitoring feedback. Room 317 there is possibly a strut broken in the bed. Please check it out. Otherwise brilliant and would highly recommend ..."
