"Nice home to stay at"

"Unique and historical spot with a great pizza and coffee shop on the same block. The property is situated on main st which provides excellent access but does mean some road and traffic noise that could be difficult for a light sleeper."

"The property was cute and clean. We thought we saw double beds in one room, nonetheless, there was plenty of room for us. The owner was communicative. If we needed anything, I felt he was only a text away. We will definitely use this property for all of our business trips in Evansville."

"Wr had a wonderful time. The house was so spacious we could spread out and not feel like we were piled on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds and baths were clean and comfortable. We were close enough to town to walk to restaurants and shops. This is a quiet neighborhood in a small town, but we spent a day in St. Louis, only an hour or so away. And the eclipse, what a bonus! We had a great family trip, and the house size and location was a big part of our great...

"The property was just as advertised. Very spacious living area, great kitchen, 6 of us stayed so we used 3 of the bedrooms, and the 2 1/2 baths were great too!! Looks like they are working on the deck and dock area, should be very nice to enjoy on better weather days - too cold now for thin blooded people from the south. Thanks for a great stay!!!"

"Four of us stayed here for the eclipse. The place was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were a lot larger than I was expecting. The nearby trains can be a little loud, however the host was prepared with earplugs for sleeping and we all slept well. It is an easy walk to downtown and restaurants. I recommend La Fuente, or Joe's Pizza. My only suggestion would be for more comfortable chairs in the living room."

"We loved our stay at the cozy cabin! Our teenage daughter was excited to have some of her own space in the loft. Came for the eclipse and were so delighted with the beautiful setting of this property."

"We came into town for a wedding and this place was perfect! The extra amenities were nice little surprises and we took advantage of the games and letting in some fresh air from the large doors while looking over at the park. Definitely recommend"

"Everything within the apartment was clean and the layout is nice. The only complaint is that the check out time on the app was labeled at 11 am. However, the cleaning person came in at 10:30 and gave us 10 minutes to pack up and leave. So make sure to double check with the manager on the time which you have the rental to."
