"We tried to check into the hotel we arrived at 730 pm our room was not ready even though check in was at 4. When we got back at 830 the room was ready when we walked in the floor was still wet there were crumbs and hair on the bed the shower had hair in it and the toilet had what looked like fecal ..."

"Our first room lock was broke on our door, and the door did not even close. Then a house party/loud was on the 3rd floor until 4am. I reported the house at 2am, but the party continued until 4am. Our bed was not clean (hair and dirt), and there was no blow dryer."
