This was a great property with good quality. The room was nice with a comfortable bed and pillows. We were impressed. Only if we could mirror the tv for Netflix it would have been better

Room was pretty clean. Only issues were that our heating/cooling unit wouldn't change from cool to heat. Got down to about 63° F in our room. Hotel staff tried to get it switched to heat but couldn't figure it out either. Gave us the option of switching rooms or extra blankets. We opted for the latter as switching rooms would've been a hassle. There is no elevator so packing all your stuff upstairs is kind of inconvenient. Then, as we were packing up, my wife spotted a cockroach in the bathroom. Hadn't seen any for the two nights we were there, so... Other than the heating unit not working and the last minute unwanted guest, lack of an elevator, and a lumpy uncomfortable mattress, the stay was... okay.

Staff was so amazing and nice. The beds are very firm, the breakfast could use more of a variety but we loved the waffles.

Our entire baseball team stayed here— rooms were dirty, sheets were stained, towels were nasty. Trim was missing off of the room, there were bugs everywhere, puke on trash cans. The side exterior door didn’t lock, bathtubs not draining, toilets clogging, pool area was not usable in the heat (fans or stronger ac would be beneficial). The staff was great, but the property needs updated and cleaned.

We booked the jacuzzi suite room. If you have a room with one of those in there I recommend setting the air conditioner to the “dry” setting, if not the whole room is moist. The floor was slippery, the carpet was sticky, and even the nightstands had condensation on them. It got better after we set the air conditioner to dry. Our TV wouldn’t connect to the internet all three days we were there, and our phone in our room didn’t work at all. Other than those minor inconveniences, the service was really good, everyone was so nice and the breakfast was good! The building is in a good location and has lots of parking

The hottub was leaking water. The shower did not have good water pressure. Food had no seasoning. Room was pretty clean. Air conditioning worked good. The water was HOT and I loved that.
