"My husband and I had stayed on this property multiple times in the past, since we do have

in the area. I was absolutely baffled by our experience, versus the one that we had last summer. We lifted the mattress to find used needles under the bed. It was incredibly scary! Expedia was phenomenal and gave us our refund back. The phone numbers do not work for the hotel and the representative tried calling the hotel multiple times for permission to reimburse us for the stay. It was a good thing...

"This place was perfect for our stay to explore Carter caves state park! We were looking for something close and convenient to hit the trails and this place was it! You stay in the center of all the trails so we were able to very easily access all of them! Staff was wonderful, very kind and helpful. The rooms were very pleasant to stay in as well. I will for sure be coming back in the future 👍"
