"We were disappointed to have to pay extra for the pool and then be crammed into a tiny portion of it with other families and kids, as most of it was off limits for lane swimming and one single swimming lesson. Others felt the same Corridor on third floor smelt strongly of cigarettes and cannabis. ..."

"Breakfast menu was limited, parking was fine, we were given a room for disabled person though we werent when i spoke to staff about it he claimed it was dual use .The gym area is quite small so feels very tight with few persons and the pool area has no jaccuzzi our stay was for leisure not going ..."

"Spa was amazing, I had a back massage which was so nice. The rooms could do with a bit of a touch up as some of the decor is bit tired now. Also Air conditioning would be a benefit we did have a fan but the room was so hot."
