Fully furnished three bedroom. lst bedroom has queen size bed. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, 3rd bedroom has a full size bed, and a pull out couch . Two bathrooms. Non-smoking inside house. No pets inside. Lake access at end of street. Could launch small boat etc.
Close to shopping, restaurants, golfing and entertainment. Boat launches and beach short driving distance away. Trails for riding four wheelers and snowmobiles within blocks from my house. Very easy to get to. Quiet neighborhood. Coffee and fixing provided as well as breakfast food. Paper products provided. Sheets, towels, extra blankets for your use. Fully furnished kitchen, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, coffee pot, can opener, toaster, mixer, crock pot. Firewood provided for outside fire pit. Plenty of outdoor sitting around outdoor table as well as around fire pit. House is much larger than appears from outside pictures. Come have a great time at my home.

Golf Trip with the guys

It was perfect for our golf trip ... great place to lay your head at night. We had everything we needed to make breakfast every morning. We went in to town to the Springbrook Inn (The Frog Tiki Bar) and that place was great to hang out at and grab some dinner. Overall great experience!

We enjoyed our second stay here. The house was neat and clean, and we found everything we needed. It had plenty of room and 2 nice big bathrooms. Despite some morning showers, the evening weather was perfect for a warm fire out back. Definitely plan on staying again

Houghton Lake Snowmobiling Trip

This rental is absolutely perfect for snowmobiling trip. The house was roomy and comfortable. Its location to the trails is great go down two unplowed city streets and cross M55, then you're at the trail connector. Plenty of room for two vehicles, my 27' enclosed trailer plus the 4 sleds. As long as there's snow, I would definitely book this place again!

Guys weekend riding trails

A group of us guys in the family spent the weekend up here to go ride the trails. Great little house that had many amenities you wouldn’t think you’d get. Access right to the trails and not too far from good local restaurants. Will definitely be looking to stay here again sometime.

We loved your cozy cottage, and it was fully stocked. Also the neighborhood was really quiet and friendly 💕. Loved going to North Higgins state park for the day on friday before the rain. Saturday was spent at Sullivan beach which was very nice and relaxing. Thank you for allowing us to stay here💕💕

This is a nice, well kept property in a great location with lots of room to relax and stocked with everything someone could need. Theres a fire pit in the back (with stacked firewood) and enough chairs for everyone to enjoy a s’more or two. We also got to meet Annie, the sweet Golden Retriever next door. Thanks for a great stay and the banana bread was a pleasant surprise.

Fishing trip

This is a very nice well kept property, lots of room for a group of people. The house is very nice and clean. The host event has it stocked with everything but what you would need to eat. The host even had made a cake for us as a welcome to the property. Our stay was in the winter as a ice fishing trip but mother nature wasn't much help in the area this year, but there is lots to do in the area. Everyone in the group was impressed with the property and we have even started talking about the fact that we might like to come back next year. Thanks for everything and the cake was an awesome touch. Thank you

Not at all as advertised - Health Hazard- MOLD

Myself and my youngest son are severe asthmatics. My son has severe autism as well. My husband and I with our 5 children arrived to the property and had no issue getting into the premises through the provided method. Upon opening the door we were hit the OVERWHELMING smell of mold/mildew. I immediately started to wheeze. AC intake was moldy, with a hose running into a small garbage can to drain the condensation. water was stagnant and smelled. The fridge door had what appeared to be mold at the bottom of the door. Bathrooms were filthy and in need of cleaning. Kitchen had used items on the counter. Exterior of the home had mold on the walls as well. Photo evidence was collected of the conditions. We were unable to stay as this is a huge risk to our health. We tried to reach the owner and had no answer. VRBO refused to refund or rebook us under the book with confidence guarantee. The owner got in touch with us through vrbo and was rude, did not care to hear what we had said. then went on to tell us they had another family that checked out that morning and she had not gone to the property yet. I was appalled that there was no cleaning or bedding changes between customers during recorded call with VRBO. Owner has refused to refund our stay and VRBO is of no help. We are currently trying to dispute through other means and working to secure legal representation if not resolved. BE WARNED OF UNSANITARY CONDITIONS.
