Secluded River Retreat, Fishing, horse riding, park and ride to ORV trails.
Plenty of room to park and turn around your trucks and trailers and ride your ATV/ORV from the property. Lewiston Grade Road is 1/4 from here. Your cozy river retreat awaits in Grayling, Michigan at this secluded and peaceful 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home on the East Branch of the Au Sable River. One king bed, three queen beds and 2 queen sleeper sofas offer enough space for family and friends to gather for a time of fun, adventure and relaxation. In addition to all that Northern Michigan has to offer, you are in the heart of "river country" with world-renowned trout fishing on the Au Sable River as well as the near-by Manistee River. With close proximity to ORV trails there is no need to trailer your "toys" as you can ride directly from the house...and there is plenty of room for parking in the circular driveway and beyond. In addition, you are close to horse trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and Hartwick Pines. Additional spaces include an additional living room with a sofa bed and an office space with a futon. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our cabin...sit out on the upper deck and listen to the river rushing by. Or sit down on the lower patio, basking in the sun and watching the fish jump. So, whether you have a large group that needs a lot of space for a lot of people OR if you just need a nice, quiet getaway, this place will not disappoint! Fully stocked and ready for you to have a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay!

It was everything that we hoped for! Access to public trails as well as private snowmobile trails. Absolutely wonderful to have a bonfire, while riverside. Can’t wait for another opportunity to stay again.
We stayed only two nights but agreed we needed another full day to enjoy the property. We loved hearing the steady stream of water, which looked majestic because of the snow. The place was quiet and clean, and we truly enjoyed our stay!

This was a beautiful home on an amazing piece of property. If you are looking for a place to get away, this is it. Was fully equipped for any meal you would want to prepare. Cozy yet spacious. We will be returning.
I love everything about this beautiful home nice and comfy family friendly and beautiful scenery right in the backyard enjoy lots of family time and there was so much space and peaceful and quiet the host was amazing it was overall quite the experience
My wife and I loved our stay at this peaceful, spacious, woodland cabin. The property is nestled on the edge of Hartwick Pines, and we really took advantage of the walking trails around the area and took in the pretty Fall foliage. The east brach of the Au Sable River flowed through the backyard, which added a calming ambience. The inside of the cabin was very cozy and beamed with rustic flair. We will absolutely be back!
