I have been to this motel many times and am always treated well by the staff, the rooms are clean and maintained, and the price is always fair. It will continue to be my ‘go to’ motel.

Enjoyed our stay was only one night but would spend multiple nights. A little dated but clean. The pool was great and nice and warm. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Great breakfast in the morning

Clean rooms, warm pool, comfy bed, nice breakfast: eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, yogurt, oatmeal, waffles. Good option if you want to go skiing and not pay the Boyne Mtn resort prices for accommodations .

Nice, simple hotel. The room was a little dusty (wood surfaces). Other than that, was clean and quiet. Staff were very nice.

Rate on Expedia was reasonable but would most likely not go back. Staff were pleasant but window was very poorly insulated and we had to barricade it with blankets to keep draft out. Sink was also cracked and caulked in 2 spots and supported by a random 2x4 from underneath. Lots of noise from other rooms as well at odd hours of the night.

Hi Sherry, this is no record of any cancelation at the hotel or even through Expedia. There is a 2 day cancelation policy through Expedia. The hotel does charge due to the policy. You gave your credit card to Expedia to hold the reservation. Upon trying to charge per policy, your card declined, so nothing was charged.

Mostly Sweet and a little sour
The pool water was very hot The outside doors were propped open so employees could go out and smoke, Smelled horrible in the hallway. Breakfast was great, most staff was great. Quiet and comfortable room! Great location.
