Yes it is a very nice villa

The outdoor was great different spaces for times of day. Wifi was really good and no issues with it. The beds were comfy and bathrooms clean and spacious. All your cooking needs are catered for. The shutters worked well. Bring mosquitoe repellent and a fan if you want a cool breeze at night. The local boulangerie was very good. The owners are very helpful and can’t recommend the place enough. We all enjoyed our stay.

Wir können uns den bisherigen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Ein komplett und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, das wohl von den Vermietern auch selbst genutzt wird. Es fehlt an nichts. Insbesondere die Küche ist voll eingerichtet. Wir machen seit vielen Jahren Urlaube ausschließlich in Ferienwohnungen, diese war eine der besten. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Wundervolles Ferienhaus mit ganz tollen Vermietern

Die Unterkunft ist fast neu, sehr gepflegt und sauber, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, u.a. mit Wäschetrockner, super Herd, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, scharfen (!) Messern und vielem mehr. Auch die sonstige Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und funktional, die Betten und Matratzen sind sehr gut und die Bäder auch prima. Die Vermieter wohnen wenige Kilometer entfernt und reagieren schnell und hilfreich bei Fragen und Wünschen. Sehr freundlich und engagiert, auf Nachfrage wurde schnell eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine besorgt. Wirklich toll, vielen Dank. In Grayan gibt es eine tolle Bäckerei, einen kleinen Supermarkt für die wichtigsten Dinge sowie ein kleines Restaurant, das wir aber nicht getestet haben. Strand, Restaurants, Märkte usw. sind ansonsten leider etwas weiter weg und vor allem mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Fahrradwege sind zwar recht gut ausgebaut, die Entfernungen aber etwas grösser. Der nahegelegene Strand "Le Gurp" ist recht voll aufgrund des dortigen Campingplatzes und man hört auch viele deutsche Stimmen. In Soulac und Montalivet gibt es einige Restaurants, Geschäfte usw. und jeweils auch eine schöne Markthalle. Auch hier sind viele Deutsche unterwegs, was man mögen muss. Ansonsten gibt es noch in Verdon am Hafen ein gutes Jet-Ski-Angebot (Fly 33), eine tolle Fähre nach Royan - ein Besuch lohnt sich - und in Verdon auch den schönsten Strand überhaupt mit kaum Menschen und einem sehr schönen breiten Sandstrand. Insgesamt sehr empfohlen!

Schon das 2. Jahr in Folge

Wir waren schon das zweite Jahr in Folge hier und das spricht absolut für dieses modern ausgestattete Haus. Mit unserem Sohn wurden wir hier sehr herzlich von den Gastgebern empfangen. Sie sind sehr hilfsbereit und äußerst kinderlieb. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man ist komplett abgeschirmt auf der Terrasse. Mit dem Auto sind es nur 8 min bis zum Strand, wo man immer kostenlos parkt. Wir hatten hier eine sehr entspannte Woche und bei heißen Temperaturen gibt es sogar eine Eiswürfelmaschine. Wir kommen gern wieder. Vielen Dank!

Wunderbare Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Merveilleux - Wundervoll

Der Aufenthalt war wieder wundervoll. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und vieles mehr. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch unser schlechtes französisch stellte kein Problem dar. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Le séjour était à nouveau merveilleux. La maison offre tout ce dont on a besoin et bien plus encore. Les propriétaires étaient très gentils et serviables. Même notre mauvais français n'a pas posé de problème. Merci beaucoup pour ces bons moments. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Beau séjour dans le Haut Médoc

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cette belle maison qui ne manque de rien. Calme et nature ont été notre quotidien mais des activités variées sont à disposition dans les villages si nécessaire. Les propriétaires sont au petit soin pour nous et particulièrement sympathique. Nous avons pu nous ressourcer pleinement dans ce bel endroit, proche du bord de mer et des vignobles bordelais. Hervorragende Unterkunft

Das Ferienhaus hat die Erwartungen noch deutlich übertroffen. Im Grunde war es fast schon zu gut gepflegt und ausgestattet. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Lage war perfekt, extremst ruhig, Bäcker nur 1km entfernt, Strand und Gironde mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar. Selbst nach Soulac sur Mer kann man mit dem Fahhrad hinfahren. Sehr nette Vermieter, die aber auch wert drauf legen dass man sorgsam mit dem Inventar umgeht. Aussendusche nach dem Strand haben wir ebenfalls genossen. Alles in allem ein extrem schöner Urlaub

Belle maison au calme proche des plages , entre océan et estuaire

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la belle maison contemporaine de Patrick et Françoise . Flambant neuve , très bien aménagée et équipée - il ne manque rien ! -, elle est très agréable et confortable . Notre Golden a adoré le grand jardin clos et la grande plage du Gurp .Bien située , au calme , elle permet d’accéder très vite aux principaux centres d’intérêt de la.région . Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter ! Françoise et Patrick sont des hôtes très accueillants et sympathiques .

Ein Haus in das wir gerne wieder kommen!

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die vorhandenen Bilder sagen ja bereits viel über das sehr chick eingerichtete Haus aus. Aber in live ist dieses noch um einiges schöner. Die vorhandene Aussendusche im Garten wurde von uns nur genutzt nach dem Strandbesuch. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Gut hat auch den beiden Kindern gefallen, dass sie beide abgetrennt von den Eltern waren. Auch das Bad musste nicht geteilt werden, es ist für jedes Schlafzimmer eines vorhanden. Francoise und Patrick sind sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar. Trotz unserer sehr dürftigen französisch Kenntnisse konnten wir uns gut verständigen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Mit dem Fahrrad ca. 10 Minuten bis zum Strand. Sehr gut ausgebaute Fahrradwege in der ganzen Region und auch in die Nachbarorte, die auch sehr schöne Märkte haben. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Bäcker fußläufig oder mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar. Große Supermärkte im Nachbarort. Man sollte sich darauf einstellen immer!! kochen zu müssen, da die Restaurantpreise nahezu doppelt so hoch sind wie bei uns. Wer nicht französisch spricht ist in den Restaurants vollkommen verloren. Es gibt keine übersetzten Karten nicht mal ins englische! Aber alles in allem ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Ruhige Wohlfühloase - Magnifique

Perfekt für einen entspannten Erholungsurlaub. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist wunderschön gestaltet und top ausgestattet. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben sich bemüht trotz unseres nicht ganz so guten Französisch :-) Wir sind mit unserer Hündin gereist und für sie war es auch top und die Eigentümer sind sehr hundefreundlich. Parfait pour des vacances de détente. La maison est très calme, magnifiquement aménagée et parfaitement équipée. Nous voulons revenir. Les propriétaires sont également très gentils et ont fait de leur mieux malgré notre français pas très bon :-) Nous avons voyagé avec notre chienne et pour elle aussi c'était top et les propriétaires sont très amis avec les chiens.

Un bel accueil de Françoise et Patrick avec des petites attentions conviviales. La maison est très agréable, décorée avec goût, on s’y sent bien. Superbement équipée, il ne manque absolument rien. Il y a même des vélos qui permettent d’aller à la plage.

Perfekte Ferien

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße und ist vollständig eingezäunt (perfekt für einen Hund). Die Umgebung bietet ein gut ausgebautes Fahrradwegenetz. Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich, toll eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung ist hoch modern und reicht weit über die Ausstattung eines durchschnittlichen Ferienhauses hinaus (Mixer, Vorratsdosen, scharfe Küchenmesser, großer Kühlschrank mit drei Gefrierfächern...). Das Wohnzimmer ist durch eine vollständig zu öffnende Fensterfront quasi mit dem Garten verbunden und erzeugt ein tolles Wohngefühl. Die Terrasse hat vielfältige Sitz- und Essgelegenheiten und man kann auf einer Gasplancha alle möglichen Köstlichkeiten bereiten. Durch die großen Bäume in dem schön angelegten Garten ist jederzeit ein Schattenplatz zu finden. Der Weg zum nächsten Strand beträgt 6 km (Fahrrad 20 Min.). Die nächste Bäckerei ist in 10. Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Francoise und Patrick sind sehr liebenswerte Gastgeber. Sie haben uns herzlich empfangen und standen jederzeit für Fragen und Wünsche zur Verfügung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und Hunde sind dort herzlich willkommen.
