Very beautiful residence "La Finestra sul Lago". 10 houses in the residence. In the centre of Gravedona 2.5 km from the centre of Domaso, 52 km from the centre of Como, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 200 m from the lake, road to cross. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden 300 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. Motor access to the house. Public parking 50 m. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 100 m, bar, bakery 100 m, pedestrian zone 100 m, bus stop "C10 Como-Menaggio-Colico" 800 m, railway station "Colico" 17 km, ferry "Menaggio" 18 km, sandy beach "Serenella", pebble beach 650 m, outdoor swimming pool 650 m. Marina 600 m, golf course (18 hole) 21 km, sailing school 350 m, tennis 350 m, sports centre 350 m, children's playground 400 m. Nearby attractions: Chiesa Santa Maria del Tiglio-Gravedona, Palazzo Gallio-Gravedona, Villa Carlotta-Tremezzo, Bellagio, Menaggio, Varenna. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Monte Duria, Valle del Livo.
