LE DOMAINE DE LA DAUVINERIE
Nestled between countryside, town (just 3 minutes from Coutances), and sea (10 minutes from the Agon-Coutainville seaside resort), Domaine de la Dauvinerie welcomes you at the end of a tree-lined drive. This former stone farmhouse sits in a 4-hectare wooded park, where deer, herons, wild ducks, and moorhens visit the pond. Now converted into charming holiday cottages, it retains its authentic stone character while offering modern comforts.
A peaceful retreat blending natural beauty and tranquility, the Domaine offers you a warm, family-friendly atmosphere in a setting full of delicate and generous colors—perfect for all kinds of events or a relaxing nature break.
Located in Gratot, the “Escapade” cottage features a living area with lounge and flat-screen TV, a dining space, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a WC. Upstairs, the landing leads to 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a separate WC. Outside, enjoy a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
The cottage is designed for 6 guests but offers extra beds to accommodate up to 12 people (sofa beds). Free Wi-Fi and private parking are available.
