Kent Narrows Rentals welcomes you aboard Cass-Away. A 640sqft luxury getaway in the Kent Narrows. Fully equipped with a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a magnificent view from the rooftop deck! Come stay and live like a local! With 9 bars/restaurants within walking distance, you can get a taste of what the eastern shore has to offer. Minutes from the Bay Bridge and a short drive to Annapolis, D.C., St. Michael’s, and Ocean City.

Don’t forget to bring your binoculars, the views are magnificent!

Wanna come by boat? Not a problem! We have a 50ft x 16ft boat slip right next to the houseboat that is available for rent as well. Electric can be provided if needed. Please contact us for further details!

We are restricting pets and children under 10 years old on the houseboat due to insurance reasons.

We enjoyed our stay from the beginning to the end. Check in was smooth with great communication from the host. The interior of the houseboat looks better in person. Beautiful experience

Definitely has the resemblance of sleeping on a boat, with the makings of a small modern home. Great location. Easy commute to surrounding tourist cities. Walking distance to area restaurants & entertainment. Nice reception from hosts with treats & chocolate gifts.

Fantastic Girl's Weekend

This houseboat was STUNNING. Beautiful, fun property that is close to food, attractions and shopping. It was the perfect place to get away with friends. We loved the spaces, attention to detail, and thoughtfulness of the hosts. I wish I could upload pictures to this review to share the breathtaking sunrise from the rooftop deck. If you need a getaway and a cool place to stay, this is it! I'm already looking for a reason to come back!!

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home on the water! Everything was absolutely perfect. Weekend Getaway at Cass-Away

We enjoyed watching all the boats coming and going, especially while on the top deck on Sunday. We also liked having easy access to such a variety of bars and restaurants, something for everyone. We felt very welcomed by the hosts who left chocolates, some snacks, and a desert for us upon check-in. The house boat is well thought out and organized. We had a great time exploring Kent Island, Annapolis, Saint Michaels, and Easton. We will do it all again sometime!

The title "luxurious houseboat" is 100% correct! Absolutely beautiful! Very comfortable and spacious. Communication with Kirby was outstanding. We rented the slip for our boat also and it was pefect. Kirby found out we were Veterans after we were already there for 2 days and sent me a text saying they offer military discount and that he had already refunded me the discount. Absolutely awesome, highly recommend! I will be back!

MD Boat Trip

We live on the ES of VA. This is my 2nd boat trip to the MD ES. Kent Narrows is our homebase and we do day trips to places like Baltimore, Annapolis, St. Michael's, Chestertown, and hit random Tiki Bars along the way. The houseboat was the perfect addition to our trip with the kitchen, living room, and upper deck. Loved the added touch with the streusel, crab chocolates, and chips. I forgot soap which I would recommend including for the shower. But LOVED LOVED IT!

Even though we had seen pictures and videos of the Cass-Away beforehand, our first glimpse just took our breath away ... and the amazement continued each day of our stay. Every detail of the property listing was just as described - very clean, spacious, fully stocked, comprehensive directions to enhance the use of the houseboat and to explore the area, plus extra little comforts as welcoming gifts. From the booking to checkout, Kirby and Cassidy maintained prompt and clear communications with the friendliness of your favorite neighbor. please store an extra blanket and include tissues

We really wanted an extra blanket. We had to rob the beds for extra blankets to snuggle in front of the TV to watch a movie. We were also upset that we had to use toilet paper as kleenex because you do not provide any tissues. We came back from a brisk walk in the cold with runny noses and no tissues to be found. We love the place but tissues and an extra blanket should be provided for the price that you charge.

Amazing Boathouse weekend!

Our weekend at Cass- away boathouse was amazing! The views from inside and the rooftop deck could not be beat. The inside of the houseboat is both comfortable and nicely decorated. What a great location to visit all of the area bars and restaurants. Can’t wait to come back for another stay!

We loved staying here! It has great views and is in a wonderful location. Our only wish is that the weather had been nicer as it rained during our stay. But we were able to relax and enjoy the water views anyway. Very clean and has everything you need.

This is one of the nicest, elegant accommodations, (if not the best) of any VRBO stay EVER.Kirby and Cassidy thought of everything, even small stools to get into the high beds.Even the welcome book was one the most classy welcome books I have ever seen.This houseboat was super clean and comfortable with everything you need.The Privacy glass on the front door was also very thoughtful.If you needed to get in touch with Kirby or Cassidy they were always very responsive.The best part of this experience was being on the water and the views.We also enjoyed the blue herons, ducks and seagulls that came to visit right outside the windows.Regardless of the weather, you can’t beat this location!We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to stay in this gorgeous houseboat.
