Elysian Retreat - Hot tub & thinking pond
Enjoy this blissful barndominium that is private and secluded but only four miles to downtown Granville or Denison University. Have coffee by the pond, relax in the hot tub, cuddle by the indoor woodburning fireplace. Bluetooth speaker and pool table for your entertainment. A propane grill to enjoy lunch or dinner with outdoor seating. View from the lookout tower upstairs is amazing, try fishing in the pond or just walk the property to enjoy the beauty. Designed for restful nights and serene private days. Nestled in Granville, OH this beautiful house offers two queen bedrooms, a cozy living room, relaxing hot tub, outdoor dining area, upstairs loft with a sofa bed and a lookout tower, a modern bathroom with shower, washer and dryer. Stores and restaurants are five miles away. Ten minute drive or less to Bryn Du Mansion, Infirmary Mound Park, National Trails Raceway, Appletree Auction House, Interstate 70, State Route 16. Amazon in Etna is 14 miles. Sorry but NO PETS.
