This is a wonderful overlook at Sandstone Bluffs overlooking the lava flows at El Malpais about 12 miles south of Grants, NM. It's an easy stop off of the Interstate but worth driving through the park. The Ventana Arch is about 8 miles further down Highway 117.

Clean, spotless, very accommodating for my late arrival and easy check in. David at the front desk was super nice and went out of his way to make recommendations on places to check out. It made my trip even more memorable. My stay was very comfortable and I will definitely book here again!
