The home theater experience was pretty cool and unique. Feeling the sounds in our comfortable reclining chairs just added to the experience. Plus there was a full kitchen with several types of coffee makers and an old fashion popcorn maker! Quite a fun themed stay.

What a fun little place! This was the perfect choice for a quick visit to see grandkids. They loved the big screen TV and home theater/living room with the motion enabled chairs. Nice large kitchen with tons of counter and cupboard space. Beds were super comfortable and each bedroom was nicely decorated and had it's own TV. The location is downtown, walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. The courtyard area was absolutely beautiful with well manicured grounds and very well lit. Communications with the host were easy and responses to questions were answered immediately. We will definitely stay here again.

Love the beautiful set up at this House A! We've stayed twice and will certainly be back. Conveniently located in the center of town and we can launch to all of our families from there. Parking is challenging but everything about this little house is beautiful and you feel like you are in your own words when inside.

So much better than a hotel

The place was as advertised and was clean and well appointed. Walkable to numerous downtown restaurants. We had a slight snafu getting in as they had not set the code as directed, but it was quickly remedied by using a ring camera/remote programming, so after a few anxious moments, we were in. I will definitely stay again and perhaps even plan a rendezvous with family and try to get multiple units.

Worth Staying

This location was wonderfully placed, so I could easily walk to parks with my children, as well as downtown grants pass, and hit all the little local shops. The property managers were amazing with communication. And my kids loved the entertainment theater set up, and being able to relax in a quiet, and calming atmosphere. So definitely a place I would come back to.

Parking on the street; questionable neighborhood; comfortable recliners in the movie room.

I loved it because of the recliners in the movie room which I used to sleep in due to spinal arthritis. Directions to the property were incorrect; parking was outside the property on the street; inside temperature of the apartment was about 80 when I arrived; heating system was somewhat confusing to operate. I was unable to find a way to turn the hanging lights over the kitchen long table off.

Very unique stay!

This place was immaculately clean, and you can tell they try to make the place as hotel-like as possible, with the sample-size shampoo/conditioner, hotel hairdryer, etc. And you don't have to do a thing for the check-out process which was wonderful! The entire living room area was converted to the home theater, which was a very fun experience. The kitchen had the basics like plates and cups, but only enough bowls/silverware for 4 people so you may be doing dishes a few times if you're staying multiple days. Kitchen towel provided, but no paper towels. Bring your own detergent if you need to use the washer/dryer as it is not provided. The listing does not show the outside as there is only the tiniest courtyard connecting multiple cabins, and it is located in a pretty sketchy part of town. We saw people doing drugs on the other side of the street, and homeless people frequently are around. We had to park on the street. Ultimately, it was a very unique experience but we will not stay again as I didn't feel very safe with my young family there.
