Riverfront on the Rogue! Ideal Southern Oregon location

Enjoy a riverfront stay on the beautiful Rogue River! Gorgeous views and conveniently located just 1 mile from I-5 by the City of Rogue River. Day trip to the Redwoods or Crater Lake easily! Shakespeare Festival in Ashland is nearby and Hellgate Jetboat Excursions in Grants Pass only 10 miles away. Kitchen, dining room, private outdoor deck and patio seating all overlooking the river! Spacious kitchen with island, gas range and double oven. Enjoy your own private river access where you can fish from the shore or raft and take a dip, there's also a boat launch less than 1 mi away at Coyote Evans Park, where you will also find a greenway for miles of biking/walking along the river. This home has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with the majority of the rooms directly overlooking the beautiful Rogue River. 3 bedrooms (king, queen and full) are located upstairs as well as a full bath with tub/shower. 2 bedrooms (queen and full w/twin bunk) and a full bathroom with shower are located on the main floor. This is a large home with an adjoining 2 bd guest unit rented separately. No shared spaces. Large gated yard with patio, firepit, BBQ and deck for entertaining. Private river access (path to river is short but moderately steep). Full laundry and plenty of parking. Come enjoy all that Southern Oregon has to offer!

Great Place Right by the River

We were able to house 3 couples totally comfortably. It was awesome to wake up and have coffee on the deck overlooking the river. Only 20 minutes from Jacksonville. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful River house

The house was immaculent, the hosts are wonderful. We had such a nice stay. The additional touches were great, smores for the firepit, the rooms were great. I recommend staying here if your travels bring you to Rogue River...

This property was in a fantastic location for relaxation, and proximity to Medford and Grants Pass. Right on the beautiful river with lots of seating outside to enjoy the beauty. Yes, the 5 is directly across the river and it’s a bit loud, but you can’t see it much so the view is spectacular and we found we got used to the noise and it didn’t disturb sleep for us at all. Everything was clean, lots of linens, tea, coffee, popcorn, so many special touches. Communication was fast and easy, and it was very obvious they cared. Of all our VRBOs this year this was our very best experience!

Great stay

We had a great stay with two families. Lots of space and a well stocked property. The highway is close, but you cannot hear from inside. Our kids loved the courtyard and all the fruit growing nearby.

Fantastic home with a beautiful deck over looking the river. House is lovely , big kitchen and lots of room! The hosts were very kind! Will for sure recommend this home to friends and family and hope to come back again!

Beautiful rogue river house

Beautiful house, great waterfront location. Very cozy and great amenities. Owners were extremely communicative. There wasn’t a ton of cameras around like some other rentals. I don’t recall even seeing one. Check in and checking out was smooth. There wasn’t a 100 rules to follow. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay there again!

Oregon vacation

We absolutely LOVED staying here for our Oregon vacation! Away from the busy town but still close enough. We spent most of our time on the awesome deck and in the beautiful courtyard where we could watch the river nd all the rafters and boaters. Beds were comfortable and the house was super clean and well-maintained. We’ll DEFINITELY stay here again! Our hosts were terrific about responding to messages and they let us check in early!

Picture perfect and thoughtfully cared for

We stayed here to go to a wedding nearby and the home and location were both wonderful. The house was so thoughtfully arranged with extra details that go above and beyond. The kitchen was stocked with supplies and equipment that made it feel like home. There were plenty of towels and linens. Everything was clean and comfortable. Outside had a lovely garden with lots of seating and perfect views of the river. We walked into town for breakfast one day, and easily drove into Medford for the wedding the other day. The hosts were super responsive and so kind. We would love to come here again. It really felt like a home more than a house.

Family Christmas Holiday on the Rogue River

The house was perfect for our family Christmas weekend. Plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen and dining area overlooks the Rogue River, beautiful! The house was decorated for Christmas, which was great. Even though it was raining a bit, we enjoyed the fire pit with the kids (& adults) making s'mores and roasting cheese and deli meats. We will definitely keep this place in mind for additional gatherings in the Rogue River area.

Relaxing Home On Rogue River

The house was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. Everything you would need was there. Most of the rooms have a river view. All of the rooms were decorated in a comfortable and pretty style. The outside areas are inviting with plenty of shade. It is easy to get on the freeway to nearby and father destinations. I would definitely stay again.

An awesome getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riverfront on the Rogue. The property was exceptionally clean and provided a cozy atmosphere for our group of 7. The accommodations were spacious enough to comfortably accommodate everyone, and the surroundings were serene and beautiful. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind during our family reunion. The amenities and attention to cleanliness made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Southern Oregon.

Celebration

We were a group of siblings from Maryland and Michigan traveling to grants pass to celebrate our aunt and uncle’s 70th anniversary. We met up with several cousins. The home was beautiful, clean and had a great view of the river. The only con was that we were just beyond a major highway so it was somewhat noisy

Family Fun

We had such a wonderful time at this cozy home! The tea bar, s'mores kit, firewood, and games were such thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The Christmas decorations added a festive charm, and the safe, fenced yard overlooking the river was perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was clean, homey, and well-equipped.A few things to keep in mind: the home does sit close to the road, and there aren’t any en suite (master) bathrooms. Additionally, the main level only has a futon bed, but my dad found it very comfortable!Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely come back. Highly recommend!

Relaxing Home On The River

Our small family really enjoyed this home right on the Rogue River. The first few days the area suffered a heat wave (same at home) but the house was equipped well with a/c and fans. The owners were very friendly and easy to communicate with and came over quickly to make a small repair on a toilet handle we had broken. The river was clean and cool and just beautiful to look at. (Make sure to wear life jackets as the river can move swiftly.) Beds were very comfortable. Keeping the windows closed keeps out nearby traffic noise and ear plugs are provided if needed. The area is safe and everywhere we went the people were very friendly. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Perfect for our Family

We traveled North for a wedding this summer and this house was perfect for traveling with a toddler. It had just about everything we needed plus some. I was a bit nervous staying in a house so close to the river and a potentially busy hwy with our 18 month old, but the house was better than I expected. He can't escape his pack n play, but even if he had, there were 2 doors with locks just outside his room before he could even get to the kitchen. Plus, the entry doors and fence/gates around the property were very secure. The extra doors helped keep the kid's room soundproof as well if the adults wanted to stay up later. He loved the garden and waving at the people floating or boating down the river (the adults did too). The restaurants and coffee shop nearby were great and also very kid friendly. The only thing I wish I had brought was a travel high chair to have at the house. My mom, who is very sensitive to noise at night, had no issue sleeping despite being so close to the roads and river.
