Very easy to communicate with owner. Clean, neat, served it's purpose of being close to job site. They had fresh eggs which tasted so good for breakfast.
The outside isn't much to look at, but don't let that fool you. The inside is new and immaculate with full kitchen and laundry facilities, and the very comfy chairs and couches are perfect for lounging around. There are clear views of the eastern sky, allowing you to view beautiful sunrises and moonrises right from the front porch. The hosts are friendly, accommodating, and have excellent local knowledge; our son had a wonderful day fishing on Lake McConaughy with a guide they recommended. A perfect getaway spot for those who want to get away.
