"Good overall facility. Great proximity to town. Decent price. It’s a no frills hotel. Walls are very think, so if your neighbor, like mine, decides to blast the volume on their TV, you will be up until they go to sleep. The phones in the room don’t work. They give you a phone number to call in case you need something, but I guess after hours it’s a leave a message and we might get back to you later. Our shower faucet had a leak and was dripping constantly, so the shower and toilet floor were wet for the entire stay. Ron cleaning was done every day, including new sheets etc. that was great. Parking was a big problem. If you don’t get to the hotel early enough, you Marcom have to park a few blocks away. That was the case for us for 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed there. Plan ahead. Restaurant on the property, called Glorietta. Must have been good because it seemed busy every night. I might go back to it, but it wouldn’t be my top choice."

"We loved our stay at the Huff House Inn and Cabins. We stayed in the Cody suite and everything was very elegant , clean, and cozy. Suite was very nice with a fireplace and plenty of space. The staff is very friendly and kind. It’s a great location as well, just a very short walk into Jackson square where all the action is. Breakfast each morning was great and we liked that we got a choice of either sweet or savory options and got to choose what time we wanted to eat breakfast each morning. We were very happy staying here for our anniversary."

The Lodge at Jackson Hole

"The housekeeping was limited to two days per week. For such an expensive place I’d like to have had the room at least tidied up a bit each day. If you ran out of towels you had to go to the desk to retrieve more. The staff at certain times was less than helpful. I asked for help with the local bus schedule and the desk clerk sent me out to the bus stop where there wasn’t an actual schedule. Then a passenger on the bus said i should ask the clerk to simply print a schedule for me. So i went back in and told her that the schedule was not at the bus stop as she had said. Could she please print one for me, which she did, reluctantly. I don’t understand why she just didn’t do it at the beginning of the encounter. Another time i ask the front desk clerk where i would find a particular coffee shop that was supposed to be within walking distance and she told me to google it. The breakfast was exactly the same every day but pretty good for $5. But i didn’t want to eat the same thing day after day so only ate there twice during my stay."
