"I stayed two nights in April 2026. The staff were very nice and helpful. My original room was next to someone banging on a door, yelling and smoking a cigarette in the hall. Changed room and floor. Next room was very nice with two bedrooms and kitchette. Unfortunately the building while very nice in appearance, was constructed with thin walls and floors.i was awakened every time the person above me walked or moved a chair. So overall, it’s a nice place for the price and I’ll use them again if I need to, but I’m booking a top floor room next time."

"We had trouble with Urber and hotel front desk staff jumped in to help us and checked back when they noticed no driver had arrived. Over and above the call of duty! "

"The room was clean however the carpet and walls need some serious help. The hot was scarce in the mornings and you could hear people Nextdoor, slamming the stairs door and the water for the shower next door. As well as the traffic on the street. There was a convention there this weekend…we did not get to use the pool or hot tub late at night because of like 20 people in the hot tub. No towels at the pool was very disappointing since we booked for the pool and hot tub. Employees were nice Dawson’s steakhouse in the lobby was phenomenal "

"The hotel is a nice older building conversion. That being said, the neighborhood is awful. Police and security presence everywhere. The park across the street is a homeless encampment, not to mention the building has known hot water issues that the staff is reluctant to speak about. Stay elsewhere. "
