Her customer service truly reflects the care taken in vetting the staff. Thank you, Liz. As if that wasn’t enough, the outstanding breakfast staff sealed the experience. Demetria and Sonji were exceptional and so pleasant and full of light and character, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Even the housekeeping staff greeted me warmly in passing and wished me a Happy New Year. The level of care and professionalism across the entire team is truly something to be proud of. "The room was clean and fresh! The stuff was extremely helpful and kind! We were there for a big event, and they offered us shuttle from the hotel to the Convention Center to drop us off and to pick us up, I think that was a great help! Besides that they let us stay extra time for check out since our flight was around 4. The area was quiet and clean. In general we were very pleased. "
