Property was clean, quiet and very nice! Our 2nd visit and we will stay again! Close to Grand Rapids, great restaurants, and a short drive to beautiful beaches. We love this area!
We usually stay with family when visiting the area, but the group was too large, so we decided to rent this condo. It was such a great place - modern, clean, had everything we needed, and well-maintained. We may consider staying here from now on!
Came into town to visit our elderly aunt. The location was close to Aurora Pond and the unit was very comfortable, and very well appointed. We had everything we needed for a great visit and we would definitely stay at this location again.
Our Vrbo condo had two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms with a lovely open area including kitchen, dining space, breakfast bar, and sitting area. It came supplied with everything we needed and completely met our needs. We also had a two car garage with access directly into the condo! It was wonderful!

the property was new and clean... being in the real estate business and in construction... it was difficult for me not to critique it for the layout, there seems to be wasted space and a need for access to the laundry area from the hallway versus only from the main bathroom with no pocket door to keep it private from the main bath.

Cons:
- Non existent water pressure. It was really really bad.
- The listing didn’t mention bunk beds in the second bedroom which was a problem for us. We probably wouldn’t have booked this location knowing there was bunk beds and it was only a full size.
- Minimal cooking pots/pans and cooking utensils, etc.
- Low quality furniture which wasn’t the most comfortable.
- Very loud appliances. The refrigerator was so loud even with the ice maker turned off. It would wake us up in the middle of the night. The washing machine with a couple towels also sounded like it was going to explode.
Came for our son’s wedding in downtown Grand Rapids. Excellent location. Very clean condo , easy to find and very roomy . Our dog was very comfortable too. It was nice to have a big garage to unload all our things and easy entrance. Highly recommend if you have an event in Grand Rapids!
One of the best places we've stayed in for work trips. Great layout. Quiet location. A ceiling fan in the bedrooms would be nice as it got a bit stuffy overnight, but there were box fans available so that worked. Never had a garage we could use so that was a pleasant surprise. Nice spot to sit outside and have coffee/tea. Honestly really great place.
Spacious and clean! Easy to get to and convenient to stores and restaurants. No need to stay in a hotel room. The flat is very comfortable! You can’t go wrong.
Very easy no-contact check-in & out. Clean and well supplied spaces. We had 4 adult guests total and all felt it was perfectly adequate for our weekend visit. Will re-book if back the area again.
Very pleased with the property. Quick response by maintenence when we reported there was no hot water and the tank was not accessible. Would suggest small waste baskets in the bathrooms - everything else was very nice.
The condo was spacious and clean. The location was decent. We had a wedding in downtown Grand Rapids on Friday night. I would recommend the home as well as the property managing team. Good communication. Only suggestion would be it could use a couple of lounge chairs or comfortable chairs for chilling out. Loved being able to park in the garage.
The condo was just as described, the place was amazing and so comfortable. Each bedroom was spacious with TVs. There was a little back patio with chairs. There was a very small problem with the keypad but the property owner helped and fixed the problem within 2 minutes. She answered all the questions I had almost instantly and was very accommodating. I will most definitely stay here again when I come back to the area.
Furniture in living room not very comfortable. Paper holder in bathrooms were broken. Had ants in dining area/living area. Other then that it was a very nice place to stay.
Immaculate & super cute interior in unfinished development
This is an immaculate rental with a super cute interior, ideal for a small family. Even though there is limited seating in the living area, the open plan makes it feel spacious. Communication with the mgmt company was seamless. The only negative is that the neighborhood is still under development so the back patio looks out onto an unlandscaped lawn and directly into the back of the homes on the next block.
