"The rooms have been mostly updated (not recently but it’s ok) but the rest of the hotel has not. My husband didn’t like the mattress. It had a mattress pad on to perhaps prolong its life. The tv didn’t work very well. Maybe the remote batteries needed changing. The tv’s are old and you can’t Airplay anything. Other than that, the room was great. The pool was a little cold but still fun. The hot tub needed more water or lower seats but still felt nice. The workout area is pretty bad. The a/c doesn’t work and it majorly needs new paint and attention. The breakfast was fine but NO gluten free and dairy free options! Big disappointment. "
