I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express in Grand Rapids, Michigan! The staff was absolutely amazing everyone was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly polite. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. The excellent customer service really made our experience special. It’s always refreshing to be greeted with such kindness and professionalism. I truly appreciate the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Holiday Inn Express Grand Rapids to anyone visiting the area, and I look forward to staying here again!
