This welcoming space is completely remodeled featuring stylish decor with a cozy, home away from home feel. It has a fully loaded kitchen with a coffee station, on-site laundry, fast Wi-Fi, Hulu, and free street parking.

This amazing apartment is in a quaint neighborhood in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. My neighbors are quiet and friendly working professionals. The apartment is in a residential area, just blocks from all the exciting treasures that downtown Grand Rapids has to offer... museums, festivals, fireworks, sporting events (and its Beer City designation) have brought in visitors from around the world.

Additional info and a few House Rules
• The towels and washcloths are in the bedroom closet.
• For stays longer than 1 week, please let me know if you will need any cleanings during your stay. :)
• Please do not wear your shoes in the house. Place them on mat upon entering.
• If you are the last one to bed, please don`t forget to hit the light switch! :) Thank you for helping to save electricity. :)
• Please be mindful and courteous of the neighbors. Maintaining a positive relationship with them is super important to me. :)
• Please wash any dishes that you use.

Smoking etiquette
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property.
• Smoking marijuana anywhere on the property is prohibited.
• Please do not burn anything such as candles, incense, etc. future guests may have allergies.
• Breaking the no-smoking rules will result in a $50 deduction from your security deposit.
• Please feel free to take a walk around our safe and well-lit neighborhood if you need to smoke.
• Please dispose of cigarette butts in the nearest trash can to help keep our area clean and welcoming. :)

Extending your stay
• Please feel free to shoot me a message if you wish to extend your stay, if there is vacancy I would be happy to keep you on as my guest! :)

Communication
• Don`t hesitate to ask if there is anything I can do to make your stay a more comfortable experience. :)
• The best way to communicate is thru the Airbnb app.

Checkout instructions
• Checkout time is 11am.
• Please leave wet towels and washcloths on the bathroom floor.
• Please strip the sheets off the bed.
• Please try to tidy up before you leave and please dispose your trash bags into dumpster #1 in the backyard.
• Double check closets and drawers so you don`t accidentally leave anything behind! ;)
• Please ensure that the property is locked up upon your departure.
• Please return the keys into the lockbox and make sure that the box is securely locked up!! ;)
