The young lady that was at the desk the evening of the 11th when I checked in was so helpful and very, very pleasant. The room was cleanand everything was just fine. If visiting Grand Rapids again is in the future. I would certainly consider staying there again.

Over a really solid stay for a short duration. Hotel is well maintained. Room was probably 4/5 for cleanliness. Main areas look vacuumed well, but under chairs and stuff was untouched. Missing a trash can in the bathroom, which felt silly. Beds felt mostly clean, apart from a few random stray hairs. Staff was friendly. Solid location.

Great property with easy check in. The front desk worker was unnecessary stressed out by the people in the lobby. Let them congregate there instead of in their rooms where they keep other guest awake.
