Girls Trip

Great time in Grand Rapids. House size was great for four adults. Property could use some updates, but communication with owner was easy and house had everything we needed as we ate out most meals and really only slept there.

The place was the perfect size for what we needed. Ruben is a great host and came right away when we had an issue with the air conditioning. There are a few things that need updated and a lot of activity in the neighborhood but, the place was with in walking distance to a lot.

Great affordable space a couple minutes from downtown!

We had 6 people stay, with 2 couples and 2 singles so it was nice having 4 bedrooms and plenty of space!

Grandson's wedding

The location was convenient for us to get to all the activities and visits we made. The inside of the house was well represented in the photos, the outside not so much. The house did not seem to have smoke detectors on the wall or ceiling. The house was well stocked with supplies.Communication with the owner was excellent.

Hidden gem

We stayed here as part of a company trip. This place worked great for my group. Lots of great dining locations nearby as well! We'll be looking for this place for further trips in the area.

I would easily have given an excellent rating as this location was perfect for us and the place was very clean and had provisions for our coffee need!The reason I didn’t is negligent. A four bedroom house should expect the possibility of 8 guests but the family room here could realistically accommodate 5. To put 6-8 guests on the corner sectional is hoping they are a close knit group .It wasn’t a problem in our situation. I would stay here again.

Bachelor Party

Nice stay in Grand Rapids

Overall a positive experience with Ruben. Home was as advertised, with plenty of accommodations for our large group. Street parking was a little tight for multiple cars, but definitely manageable. Quiet and well kept neighborhood, close to downtown. Home was clean and was well appointed, but did have a dampness smell to it that went away with the windows open and AC units on, really the only downside to our stay. Overall a positive experience for our group.
