The floor plan is excellent for a family (6 adults and 2 kids for us) get together. The home is well equipped for even a gourmet chef. We highly recommend this property for you next visit to Grand County Colorado. "

"Being close to downtown made walking to several eating options. We picked Sagebrush BBQ and we're happy with our choice. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint would be the bathroom toilet shower area was really tight ."

"This house was perfect for my group of 6 adults and 4 teenagers. Plenty of room for everyone. The kids had lots of space to sleep and play on the first level. Very spacious and nicely laid out. The views of the lake and mountains were breathtaking. The location is very convenient to the town. The owners were easy to reach. I only wish we could have stayed longer, but our plans only kept us in Grand Lake for 2 days. I was sorry to leave!"

"Great house with beautiful views and plenty of seating to enjoy it. We had three adults and one baby and had more than enough room with all the kitchen items we may need. The house is a short drive or even walk to the main road, would gladly stay here again. "
