Comfortable 2 bedroom duplex with an attached garage. This home is located in a residential neighborhood, convenient to restaurants, shopping and Grand Island Senior High for sporting events. Close to the malls and near Highway 281 for easy access. The home is a 1950's style but the interior has been recently painted and the hardwood floors have been refinished to their natural beauty! Additional amenities include: clothes washer & dryer and gas grill, just perfect for a relaxing bbq! Dog friendly. Contact me for directions or recommendations.
