I’m 72 years old and it was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. The service was amazing. The staff was off the charts and I would highly recommend the restaurant and the bar. I cannot believe there’s a quality hotel at this level in Grand Forks. Never stay anywhere else.

This is just the only hotel to stay in when visiting Grand Forks--I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else. It's beautiful, comfortable, great location, and the staff are wonderful.

5 star hotel, downtown Grand Forks, located near the late night adult entertainment. Walking distance to establishments, no worries of getting a DD or having to drive. Excellent Hotel, very clean and my first time. Was rather impressed. I didnt know this Hotel was there. Would stay again im the future, no regrets.

This is a boutique property right in town. It is close to restaurants, has its own "coffee bar" and restaurant, both of which are good. Staff were very accommodating. We enjoyed the bikes and the gym and had a lovely cocktail in the lobby each day. Thank you.

Parking -- they have a free valet service or you can self-park in the ramp across the street. There is a very nice skywalk from the parking ramp to the hotel, too. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

Excellent service, Bell boy was very accommodating, helping with the doors and luggage. Room was beautiful, Ate at Skies 322, excellent food, drinks and service. Will be staying there whenever we go to Grand Forks!
