My only criticism is the lack of an airport shuttle service… guests are paying a decent amount of money to stay at your resort and a free shuttle service is offered at several other Westin-Marriott hotels!"

"This was a really comfortable place to stay. Very comfortable bed and the ac worked great. Showers were good and the location was good. Just wish they didn’t charge so much for clean towels and it’s 20 dollars a load to wash and dry your own but I guess they can get away with charging that since it’s grand cayman"
