Maybe you would stay in filthy hotel rooms with feces on the toilet lid, soiled towels, unsecurable doors, floor tiles loose and tripping folks when they enter the door, mildew on the shower curtain, and stained bedcovers… but I refuse to. You will demand that we recieve a FULL refund. We did not stay in those unacceptable rooms.

I arrived, only to find that the "24/7" check-in was closed and I had to call them, while I was locked out in the cold. After I finally got my key, I entered the room, which was a wreck, trash on the floor, the bed was not made, the TV was blaring, and the "non-smoking" room reeked of smoke. I had to call again to have my room changed. Although the new room was an improvement, it still didn't feel clean, and the shower was terrible. Highly disappointed, It's worth spending an extra twenty dollars to get a decent place.
