The facilities team could not have done more to make our stay better. The villa was lovely, decently equipped and really private and relaxing. Close to shopping and lots of beaches and restaurants you do need a car to get around there is a patisserie and a couple of restaurants that you can walk to

Terrible value for the exorbitant price. We paid premium prices for this property! Customer service is non-existent, no aircon in the living room, none of the fans work, they don’t change sheets and towels daily, they don’t respond to complaints and are very defensive to feedback. There is not even coffee, tea or milk in the kitchen, not even sugar, salt and pepper! Worst ever stay for the kind of money we paid. We regret staying in this place. Just do yourselves a favor and avoid this place like plague.

Tollen Aufenthalt mit kleinen Ausnahmen.

Es ist ruhig gelegen. Die Anlage ist gross. Frühstück ist immer das gleiche: nur Brötchen mit Marmelade und Butter. Beim Checkout wurde uns ein zerbrochenes Glas in Rechnung von 100 Ruppien (3 Euro) gestellt. Wir habe das Glas nicht mal selber zerbrochen, das waren die Putzfrau. Wir wollten am Ende des teueren Aufenthalt keine Diskussion eröffnen.

Love the place and the hospitality. Really clean, elegant, luxurious and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. The place is so quiet and isolated but not good for walking around. If you wanna buy something you need to drive and there is a big mall and nice tourist beach area within few minutes of the place. A plus is that the resort offer a shuttle. So, If you are looking for a place to relax privately and quietly, this is the place.

Modern villa

Very welcoming and friendly staff, attentive and always on hand to help. Facilities were great and the spa staff are wonderful, we ended up going back twice for treatments! Taxis can be arranged for you at anytime which is helpful as there is no capacity for walking near the resort. It would have been helpful if the pool was cleaned on a regular basis, we had to do this ourselves with a net, however professional cleaning would have been better. Towels should have been replaced on a daily basis and on some occasions they were not - same with the shampoo/shower gels. However this was rectified once we raised the matter with reception. Breakfast was served every morning. In summary we had a great stay and couldn't fault the place, will definitely be back and would recommend to any families / groups visiting Mauritius.

Très bel hôtel

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cet hotel. Personnel accueillant et disponible à qui j'adresse encore mes remerciements. Nous étions à 1,5 km de la plage mais finalement ce n'était pas un problème car nous étions à proximité de tout. Nous vous recommandons de louer une voiture plutôt que de prendre le taxi, pour cela nous vous recommandons l'agence Solero qui travaille d'ailleurs avec l'hôtel. Une seule chose à dire sur cet agence : ils vous font tout de suite confiance. C'est très rassurant.
