Fantastic stay at Baystone

We absolutely loved our two-week stay at Baystone. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and were constantly asking how our stay was and if there was anything they could do. The room was amazing and was very clean. Stephanie in particular was great and made sure our stay was enjoyable. On two occasions we left very early in the morning (before breakfast) to go on trips and both times we were given a little takeaway box with some breakfast. Would highly recommend.

En underbar semester

Just returned from an amazing eleven nights stay at the Baystone Hotel in Grand Baie and recommend the hotel highly! The design of the hotel is beautiful. The room has been really well considered making them a delight to be in and offering true luxury. The food, cocktails and wine was amazing. All the Baystone staff were ALL absolutely wonderful! We couldn't have better vacation! We will definitely be back. Thanks for the beautiful memories.

Nice friendly hotel with awesome food

Stayed two nights. Awesome staff and very welcoming. Big thanks to whole Baystone's team from reception to the chef's team. Excellent and delicious food every night. Will definetly return to this place on my next visit and recommend it to other visitors.

Fab Hotel, Food, cocktails and staff!

Just returned from an amazing 8 night stay at the baystone and can not recommend highly enough. The design of the hotel is beautiful but also it really works. The function of the rooms has been really well considered making them a delight to be in and offering true luxury. The staff are attentive and professional but always really friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The water sports and bikes (included in your stay) are a great bonus and the guys at the boat house are always happy to help, including popping you over to grand baie so you can go and explore a little. The spa is wonderful and really good value too. However the real treat of the hotel is food, every night is another beautifully composed meal which would rival many fine dining restaurants (michelin star places included). The cocktails, wine and rum list are also amazing. In conclusion couldn't have asked for better! Big thanks to everyone at the Baystone.

新築2年目の綺麗なホテル

8月下旬に宿泊しました。グランべの湾(Hotels.comの位置は外海側になっていますが正しくは湾側です)に面しており、白くクールな室内でエメラルドグリーンの穏やかな海を堪能できます。かなり遅い時間に着いたにも関わらず、ちゃんとした食事をスタッフが用意してくれました。リノベしてから日が浅く、まだ新築という感じです。遅い時間にも関わらず仕事をしていたフランス人オーナーが挨拶に来てくれたり、至れり尽くせりでした。惜しむらくは私たちの部屋のシャワーがお湯がうまく出なかったことですが、すぐに対応して貰い、スパをサービスしてくれました。ボートは目の前から発進できるのでちょっとしたダイビングに出掛けたりすることも出来ます。グランべ付近は古くなってきたホテルも多いですが、個人的にはお勧めできるホテルだと思います。

Baystone review

Very unique hotel. Pleasant stay. However, I didn't find the room and bed very comfortable. Also, we were sick so stayed in room longer than planned. But there are no TV channels to watch for non-French speakers. Had half-board package with breakfast and dinner. Food was definitely the highlight. Thank you chef!

Excellent accueil,personnel aux petits soins, chef parmi les meilleurs, hôtel de très grand standing..pour ceux qui ont la chance de séjourner dans le bâtiment principal dont les fenêtres ouvrent sur la mer. Les autres- les chambres "standard"- se retrouvent sur une rue certes peu passante et calme mais sans aucun charme. Les chambres pour le coût sont assez froides et..."standard". Bien faire préciser ce qui vous attend au moment de la réservation. Mais cela reste une très belle adresse

Brilliant stay!

We arrived on the night of the 25th and had a delicious meal waiting for us. From the minute we got there we were taken aback by the attention to detail and beautiful environment. The Baystone staff were ALL absolutelyincredible! From arranging us gluten free foods to finding me Rooibos tea. Nothing was too much to ask. Wendy went above and beyond. The boat house team were wonderful too! The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the beautiful memories.
