"I will sum it briefly the shower knob was loose and was afraid of pulling to hard to break went to the front desk due to phone was missing buttons to call the front desk. Someone wa sent to my room and just stated pulling a little harder even though the whole entire assembly was about to come out the wall. It was said it's not supposed to be like that but just pull a little harder. No iron was in the room again went to the front desk and had to wait until they locate a iron from another room. I understand this side was the Hotel side vs the Resort side but that side should not be isolated. Both are under the same banner"

"They initially gave me the wrong room, as I had reserved a Superior King but was assigned a room with two double beds. Thankfully, the front desk staff was very friendly and quickly resolved the issue. The rooms are a bit dated, but overall, the property is very enjoyable. The buffet food is decent with a good selection. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and the pool area is also very nice. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay despite the initial room mix-up."

"We had an amazing stay! Nothing better than having a clean, well appointed, comfortable home in the Bahamas with good water pressure and an ice maker.We will come back to Haven Del Mar for next trip."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation property! The condo was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided, and the property had a warm, relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to feel right at home.The location was fantastic, and the entire experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable vacation!"

Bahamian Beachfront Paradise, directly on the beach!

"Our family had an excellent vacation. The pool was especially a nice accommodation since the beach water was rough many days (but we have no control over this) Our hostess responded quickly to any calls. was very friendly, responsive and informative.The washing machine was not operative but she told us to put a towel in front of it if we had to use. Our family packed clothing based on being able to use washer. But we managed. We stayed cool, kept the blinds drawn and fans on. The AC may need attention since it did not turn off at all. She was going to call repair guy but we asked her not to until we left just in case he wasn't able to fix. We were able to cook in the condo since we had all we needed to attain this. We would recommend this unit for a relaxing time."
