  • Cottage located in the countryside (next to a dairy farm), in the Don Valley, 17 km from Châteaubriant, 22 km from Ancenis, and 50 km from Nantes. The cottage is attached to the owner's house.

    Shared, unfenced garden of 380 m² with a private terrace (west-facing).

    The cottage comprises: a living/dining room (with a single bed 90x190 cm), a small separate kitchenette (one step up), a dining area, two bedrooms (each with a double bed 140x190 cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet.

    Amenities included: Wi-Fi.

    Included: bed linen (beds made upon arrival).

    Not included: electric heating and towels. Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€65). Pets: €100 deposit.

I would not reccomend anyone to stay here. we had a nighmare stay the kitchen, bathroom, and shower room were so dirtyUnable to use the kettle it was so bad had to go out and buy one , we had to chuck a bucket of water down the loo each time to flush it The washer was so dirty we couldnt use it . Staes there is 2 bikes there were no bikes in sight . This place totally ruiened our holiday. We were so glad to move on to our next place
