Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Hang any wet towels on a hook to dry. Gather all used towels and put in bathtub
Standard beds: Leave all bedding on the beds
Sofa Beds: remove all used bedding and place on the floor next to the sofa bed before putting the bed away.
Take garbage to the blue dumpster located along the driveway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

50% due at time of booking with balance due 60 days prior to check in, at which time the reservation is non-refundable.
