  • Situated in a small residential complex with swimming pool, Las Dunas 9 is an extremely pretty, semi-detached property with a honey-bee yellow and white faƧade, in a quiet setting on the sea front in El Medano.
    The top floor is dedicated exclusively to two good sized bedrooms, each with built-in wardrobes, work stations, ceiling fans, french doors opening out onto a balcony and each with en-suite shower room. Enjoy a wonderful sunset while relaxing on comfortable reclining chairs from the balcony of the master bedroom which also enjoys ocean views.
    Marble stairs lead downwards towards a cloak-room, lounge and kitchen.
    The kitchen in Las Dunas 9 is well equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dish washer, extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.
    The cupboards are well equipped for clients who prefer to eat in.
    The rest of the ground floor is dedicated to the lounge/dining area with smart TV and wifi
    With windows on three walls this is a bright room.
