This beautiful apartment offers 100 m² of living space, including a 30 m² terrace directly on the surf and kite beach of El Médano. You will find two spacious bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a bathroom, a closet and a guest toilet, as well as a generous living room with a fully equipped open kitchen and dining area. The wind-protected terrace offers magnificent sea views, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area. The property provides free fiber optic Wi-Fi and is located in a very quiet area, ideal for remote work. Behind the apartment, there is a private storage room for sports equipment such as kites, sails, surfboards and bicycles. Assembled sails can be stored in the storage room. Private parking in the garage is accessible directly from the apartment. Bed linen, towels, beach towels, washing machine, hairdryer and ironing set are included.

Een van de mooiste locaties in El Mèdano!

Pros: De locatie aan het strand is helemaal top. Zeker als je wil surfen, golfsurfer of suppen dan zit je hier helemaal goed. Het appartement heeft twee parkeerplekken en een opslag voor watersport equipment. Cons: De hele inboedel is wel een beetje aan een update toe.
