Séjour très agréable sous le soleil de novembre

Nous avons apprécié cet endroit légèrement retiré au calme. Nous avons pu faire des barbecues, nous baigner dans la piscine,et dans diverses plages, visiter et déguster des bons plats locaux. Séjour parfait.

Anders als erwartet

Das Objekt stellt sich anders als beschrieben als sehr abgenutzt herraus. Die " Schöne " Terrasse ist mit einer blauen defekten Plane überdacht. Von den 4 WC/Badezimmern standen nur 3 zur Verfügung, 1 davon offen ohne Tür. Vom oberen Bad kam immer mal wieder Abwasser durch die Decke. Der Gastgeber konnte kein Englisch. Die Aussenmöbel sind aus Kunststoff. Die seperate Wohneinheit stand nur bis zum 03.01.2022, Anlage bis zum 08.01. gebucht, zur Verfügung, so das sich die Anzahl der Bäder auf 2 reduzierte. 3 Personen haben 1 Woche vor Urlaubsende das Objekt verlassen, alles zusammen gesehen war es zu teuer.

Great place for a big family

We spent nice Christmas holiday here with our family. Every couple had some privacy and we had a large common kitchen. The property is a bit old fashioned but worth of money.

Rustikale Finca mit Einschränkungen

Die Finca ist sehr rustikal und die einzelnen Zimmer verteilen sich auf mehrere Gebäude. Einfachste Ausstattung, WLAN ist extrem schwach. Das schlimmste ist jedoch, dass die Kommunikation ausschliesslich auf spanisch erfolgt und trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung immer noch ein Betrag von 175 € nicht erstattet wurde: Betrug! Wir können dieses Objekt daher keinesfalls empfehlen. Nachtrag am 08.12.2019: Trotz mehrfacher Anmahnungen wird der Restbetrag nicht gezahlt.

HEMOS ESTADO EN ESTA FINCA CUATRO DIAS, LA LIMPIEZA DEBE MEJORAR YA QUE HABÍA MUCHO POLVO Y SUCIEDAD, SE NOTABA QUE NO HABÍAN LIMPIADO RECIENTEMENTE COMO LES PEDIMOS CUANDO RESERVAMOS AL TENER ALERGICOS EN LA FAMILIA. LA PISCINA DEMASIADO PEQUEÑA Y ALGO DESCUIDADA, LE FALTA ARREGLAR ESA ZONA, ADEMÁS DE QUE LOS HUESPEDES DE LAS OTRAS CASA VENÍAN A BAÑARSE EN ELLA CONTINUAMENTE, RECOMENDAMOS PONER UNA VERJA PARA QUE SOLO PUEDAN ACCEDER LOS QUE SE QUEDAN EN LA CASA GRANDE, YA QUE EL ALQUILER NO ES ECONÓMICO Y PAGAMOS POR TENER UNA PISCINA PRIVADA NO COMUNITARIA Y TUVIMOS QUE COMPARTIR UNA PISCINA SUPER PEQUEÑA CON MÁS GENTE. Muy acogedor e inmejorable para estar en familia

Unos propietarios muy amables y cercanos. Es un lugar magnífico para pasarlo en familia o en grupo donde tienen barbacoa y un comedor muy amplio para estar todos juntos. Como es un conjunto de casitas con arquitectura tradicional canaria con jardines y decoración muy rústica resulta muy acogedor y da gusto estar sentado en sus bancos escuchando el canto de los pájaros. ¡Sin duda lo apuntamos para la próxima!

At Capellania had a wonderful time!!

We stayed at Capellania for over a week and had a wonderful time. We were hoping for a nice quiet place to unwind, which was exactely what we got. Capellania consists out of several apartments, ours had plenty of privacy and space, a wonderful fireplace and a great outdoor area. Furnishing is basic, but everything you need is there and in working order. The bed is one for romantics as you have to snuggle up a bit to fit (then again I'm a pretty tall guy). Even though the complex is located along a road there is hardly any traffic at all or noise for that matter. Our host was very responsive, easily reachable, very pleasant and accommodating, just what you need! The location does require a car and is perfect for anyone who is not looking for a lot of other tourists. Good quality/price balance and a definite 'recommend'!

Gute Lage & freundliche Vermieter

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr günstig: Man ist sehr schnell über San Isidro auf der Autobahn und kann so sowohl den Westen wie auch den Norden der Insel erkunden. Wenn man nur mal schnell zum Strand will erreicht man diese über El Medano in ca. 15 Minuten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und in ländlicher Umgebung, im Nachbardorf El Salto gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Unsere Wohnung war in einem absolut guten uns sauberen Zustand, der Vermieter hat uns gute Restaurantipps in der Umgebung gegeben und war auch sonst immer sehr behilflich!

Ideal en todos los sentidos

La Capellania es un lugar de ensueño,donde lo rústico,lo romántico,lo natural se mezclan dando lugar a un coctel mágico que te hace recordarlo con muchisima nostalgia cuando tienes que partir... La descripción que hacen sus propietarios(Personas acogedoras,gentiles,amables,donde las haya) se adapta fielmente a la realidad. Hemos pasado en Navidad casi dos semanas estupendas,de cuento, porque venir de temperaturas de meseta castellana a desayunar en ese maravilloso patio blanco desde donde ves,hacia las 8 de la mañana el nacimiento maravilloso del sol, no tiene precio,no envidio a los jeques de Abbu Dabbi ,porque nosotros la gente humilde podemos contar con un Paraiso como es la Capellanía... Besitos a mi perrita Tea,reina y guardiana del lugar a la que echo mucho de menos..En verano esperamos repetir..

como en casa

La capellania es un complejo rural formado por 4 casitas tipicas de la tierra, yo pase un finde semana con mi pareja y estuvimos como en nuestra propia casa, tiene todos los detalles para que la estancia sea perfecta, rodeado de un entorno tranquilo y bien comunicado con las localidades colindantes, a 5 minutos en coche de la playa del medano. Las casas tienen su propia cocina, baños completos y dormitorios muy acojedores, tambien dispone de una barbacoa en la que los dias soleados ( en esta zona de tenerife casi todos ) puedas disfrutar de una comida al aire libre con tu pareja o con amigos, nosotros estamos deseando tener la oportunidad de volver a disfrutar de la casa rural La Capellania, tambien quiero agradecer el trato personalizado y cariñoso que te ofrecen los dueños en todo momento.
